Michael Paulding Thomas, Branch President and Franchisee, has been with Parsonex since it was founded in 2007 and is a proud wearer of the $200k Income Ring. When he started with Parsonex, Thomas had 17 years of experience in the financial industry. He had become frustrated with the culture and philosophy of the big firms. He wanted to be somewhere that had the right financial philosophy for the client. A place where financial professionals came first. Michael has found that philosophy alive and well at Parsonex and has built a successful sales team in the process.
We do what’s best for the client. We won’t sell products that we wouldn’t sell to our parents or our kids. We can do that because we’re independent and the product providers don’t own us. We have no special allegiance to any particular products or companies.
The company was founded by people with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Parsonex was not encumbered by needing to find a way to change an outdated firm culture; we were able to start fresh with an innovative approach.
